Please note that a fee (800 yen per case) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
If the customer requests that the Company correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Corrections, etc.") the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the personal information is not true, the Company will confirm that the request is made by the customer himself, conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results of the investigation, correct the content of the personal information and notify the customer to that effect (if it decides not to make Corrections, etc., the Company will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to make Corrections, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

Statistical information processed to prevent identification of individuals, such as access logs and usage history to the Service, may be collected and shared by the Company or a third party that has signed a confidentiality agreement with the Company for the purpose of improving the quality of the Service and providing content customized to customers.
4. Voluntary provision of information by customers
In this service, our company or a third party working with our company may request the input of personal information as part of a survey, etc. In such cases, the provision of information by customers is generally voluntary, and the personal information entered will be used to provide the service related to the survey, etc., and will be handled within the scope of the purpose of use clearly stated when the personal information is collected.
