Appropriate Acquisition of Personal Information

We will acquire personal information in a fair manner and will not acquire it through false pretenses or other illegal means. Furthermore, we will not acquire sensitive personal information without the customer's consent, except as required by law.

Scope of application

This Privacy Policy applies to all Services provided by our company. If the handling of customer information is stipulated in a separate privacy policy or individual terms of use for each service (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Terms"), the Individual Terms will also apply. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Individual Terms, the Individual Terms will take precedence. Please note that the collection of personal information by other businesses, such as linked sites, is not within the scope of this Privacy Policy, and this Privacy Policy applies to customers who use the Services in Japan.

Disclosure of Personal Information

When a customer requests disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, we will disclose the information to the customer without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself (if the personal information in question does not exist, we will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply if the company is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee (800 yen per case) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

Correction of personal information, etc.

If the customer requests that the Company correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Corrections, etc.") the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the personal information is not true, the Company will confirm that the request is made by the customer himself, conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results of the investigation, correct the content of the personal information and notify the customer to that effect (if it decides not to make Corrections, etc., the Company will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to make Corrections, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

Suspension of use of personal information, etc.

Information we collect

We will obtain information as follows for this service. Providing personal information to us is optional, but if you do not provide the necessary information, you may not be able to use some parts of this service.

4. Voluntary provision of information by customers

In this service, our company or a third party working with our company may request the input of personal information as part of a survey, etc. In such cases, the provision of information by customers is generally voluntary, and the personal information entered will be used to provide the service related to the survey, etc., and will be handled within the scope of the purpose of use clearly stated when the personal information is collected.

In some parts of this service, we use location information sent from your mobile phone, etc., to the extent necessary for the service. If the settings on your mobile phone, etc. do not permit the sending of location information, location information will not be sent.
